Kashif — fleet fuel management and monitoring platform
An operational platform that connects driver fueling records with an admin dashboard for review, waste detection, and consumption monitoring even in low-connectivity field sites.
The challenge
Fleet-heavy companies needed a reliable way to control fuel usage, verify every fueling operation, detect abnormal consumption, and avoid losing field records when connectivity is weak.
The solution
We built an offline-first workflow where drivers submit fueling records with QR, photos, and location data, then sync automatically when online. The dashboard supports review, approvals, smart alerts, consumption reports, Excel export, and live fleet mapping.
The result
The result is a clear control system that reduces manual logging, improves fuel-spend visibility, and helps management catch waste and manipulation early from one dashboard.
