Swadi POS — complete POS and accounting platform
A full desktop POS and accounting platform for the Saudi market, covering the sales cycle from cashier checkout to tax invoices and reports, with offline operation and payment/printing integrations.
The challenge
Restaurants, cafes, and retailers need one reliable system that keeps working during weak connectivity, unifies sales, inventory, accounting, customers, and suppliers, and issues tax invoices aligned with e-invoicing requirements.
The solution
We built a desktop app with local storage and a fast cashier workflow, covering products, barcodes, add-ons, shifts, cash drawer, invoices, returns, operational and financial reports, staff permissions, backups, payment terminal integration, thermal printing, and QR invoices aligned with Phase 1 and Phase 2 requirements.
The result
The result is a commercially ready operations product that covers daily store workflows in one system: sales, inventory, accounting, tax, payments, reports, and permissions, with stable offline-capable operation and sync when needed.
