Acceptance of terms

By using Swadi Soft’s website and services, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Licenses & usage

Swadi POS licenses are granted for use according to the purchased plan. You may not copy, resell, rent, tamper with the activation mechanism, or attempt unauthorized access.

Payments & invoicing

Payments are processed via an approved gateway. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals including VAT where applicable, with an e‑invoice issued in line with ZATCA requirements.

Refunds & exchange

Refunds and exchanges are governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy set out on a separate page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for complying with the regulations applicable to your business.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service running, without warranting it is entirely error‑free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from misuse or factors beyond our control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, effective once published on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
